THE PROGRAM: 1 FULL-DAY or HALF-DAY JOURNEYS

1- Connecting with the land: Artas and Hindaza (half day or full day)
Half-day tour:  
  Total: (200.-Euro)  
  Lunch (Typical Palestinian): Musakhan (Baked chicken on Arabic bread, with Onion, and Oil) baked in an Arabic oven, Arabic salad, and soft drinks      €10.-/person
1 day tour:  
  Total: (300.-Euro)  
  Dinner (Barbecue): Grilled meat and chicken with onion and tomato, Hummos, Parsley salad with Tahina, and soft drinks      €15.- /Person
2- Journey along the Wall near Aida refugee camp and Rachel’s Tomb (half day)
Half-day tour:  
  Total: (150.-Euro)  
  Light Lunch (around Rachel's Tomb): Falafel and Hummos, or Shawurma, and soft drinks      €05.-/person
3- Education: Bethlehem University (half day, preferably Thursdays 11:00-13:00)

6- Sumud and hospitality: the center of Bethlehem (half a day or full day)
Half-day tour:

  Lunch (Typical Palestinian): Mudjadara (Lentils with rice and roasted onions), Arabic salad, olives, pickles, and soft drinks      €10.-/person
1 day tour:  
  Total: (150.-Euro)  
  Dinner at Bethlehem family home (Typical Palestinian): Kusa Mahshi and Warak Dawali(stuffed zucchini and wineleaves with rice and meat), Arabic salads, yogurt, and soft drinks      €15.-/person
7- Staying on the land, Moslem-Christian living together: Nahalin, Al-Khader, Battir and Wallajeh (half a day or full day)

8- Tested in the desert: Wadi Khreitoun and Beit Sahour (full day)

9- Abraham Day: Hebron and Beni Naim (full day)
1 day tour:

  Lunch (Picnic box): Deep fried Kibba,  Sfeeha (Palestinian mini-pizza), Sambusik (Pastry stuffed with meat or cheese and onions), soft drinks      €5.-/person
  Hebron Sweets: Kenafa (Soft cheese cooked between two layers of orange shredded pastry, served with sugar syrup and rose water)      €5.-/person
  Dinner at Bethlehem family home (Typical Palestinian): Kidra (Well cooked rice and meat), Arabic salads, yogurt, and soft drinks      €15.-/person
10- Traces of Palestinian identity: Jerusalem (full day)
1 day tour:

  Light Lunch (around the corner in West Jerusalem): Sandwich Falafel and soft drinks      €5.-/person
  Dinner at Bethlehem family home (Typical Palestinian): Tajen (Mixed vegetables with meat and tomato sauce served with plain rice), Arabic salads, and soft drinks      €15.-/person
